Launched in 2009, PPR Taman Manggis is a one-block apartment complex located in Pulau Pinang. The apartment block of this PPR has 18 floors that accommodate 1,280 residents from 320 units and has a mosque named Surau Al-Marjan within a walking distance.
Before being appointed to any post, he run his own social service to provide to people in need. As he needed resources and public support to run his social services smoothly, he had joined associations or party to enlist help from them. He had helped many people to obtain living space, groceries, work ,welfare, and more but he does not take credit for it.
