The paintwork of the buildings at PPR Kota Damansara was coming off due to vandalism. The residents did not have sufficient funds to purchase the necessary materials to revamp the buildings.
Friends of Kota Damansara, an NGO based in Kota Damansara had funded and organised a clean-up and repainting activity with the community members of PPR Kota Damansara, bringing everyone together to maintain the compounds and to repaint the buildings. The one-day activity managed to raise awareness about maintaining the cleanliness of the residential area.
